1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  1. The product received is damaged, defective, or broken.
  2. The product received is incorrect or different from the item ordered.
  3. The product has missing parts or accessories.
  4. The product is eligible for return as mentioned on the product page.

To qualify for a return:

  1. The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  2. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  3. All original packaging, tags, manuals, invoices, and accessories must be included.
  4. The product must not show signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  1. Perishable goods
  2. Personal care and hygiene products
  3. Customized or personalized products
  4. Digital products and downloadable content
  5. Gift cards and promotional items
  6. Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your Jivan Kunji account.
  2. Go to My Orders.
  3. Select the order you wish to return.
  4. Submit a return request with the reason and supporting images (if applicable).

4. Return Approval

  1. All return requests are subject to verification and approval.
  2. Jivan Kunji reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
  3. Additional information or images may be requested during the verification process.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  2. Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
  3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed to the customer's bank account, UPI ID, or wallet after verification.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

6. Refund Scenarios

Full Refund

A full refund may be provided when:

  1. The wrong product was delivered.
  2. The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  3. The order is canceled before shipment.
  4. The product is returned in accordance with this policy.

Partial Refund

A partial refund may be granted in situations such as:

  1. Missing accessories or components.
  2. Returned products showing minor signs of use.
  3. Other cases determined during product inspection.

7. Order Cancellation

By Customer

  1. Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
  2. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the standard return process will apply.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  1. Product unavailability.
  2. Pricing or listing errors.
  3. Payment verification issues.
  4. Suspected fraudulent activity.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.

8. Return Shipping

  1. If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), return shipping charges will be borne by Jivan Kunji.
  2. In other eligible return cases, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider.
  3. Contact our customer support team for assistance.

10. Changes to This Policy
