2. Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  1. COD orders may be canceled before shipment without any cancellation charges.
  2. Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases at the discretion of Jivan Kunji.

  2. Refunds are typically initiated within 5–10 business days after cancellation approval.
  3. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

Certain orders may not be eligible for cancellation, including:

  1. Orders that have already been shipped.
  2. Customized or personalized products.
  3. Digital products or downloadable services.
  4. Products specifically marked as Non-Cancellable on the product page.

6. Failed Deliveries

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, Jivan Kunji reserves the right to cancel the order and process any applicable refund according to company policies.

7. Policy Changes

Jivan Kunji reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
